What is the Center for Natural Hormone Therapy?
NHT - Natural Hormone Therapy is an education based in Denmark, combining Bio-identical hormones assessment with nutritional protocols and lifestyle guidance.
It combines bio-identical hormones with diet, nutritional protocols and lifestyle adjustments. It is based on scientific research and provides results that you do not obtain with other systems.

I am post-menopause is it too late for me?
No - it is not too late for women that are post menopause to find relief in Natural Hormone therapy. During all three phases, self-awareness, knowledge about your hormones and investing in your wellbeing and lifestyle will influence and enhance your experience of age related changes.

What will our first consultation look like?
Your first consultation takes about 60-90 minutes, where I listen and get to know you, your health history, how you are feeling right now, and ask you what you would like to achieve? Together we will explore possible treatment options and create an initial plan, The goal is to make sure that you feel listened to, supported and feel confident on your next steps.

Is there a product involved in Natural Hormone Therapy?
Yes. as part of treatment, we administer bio-identical hormone creams that are easily absorbed and identical to the ones that your body already naturally produces. During our first session you will be given instructions on the proper dosage.

What makes this therapy natural?
Bio-identical hormones are identical to the ones that your body naturally produces. In contrast to synthetic hormones, our body recognizes and knows how to use them, which brings you the balance you need with little or no side effects.

What are the three phases of menopause?
There are three phases of menopause - peri, menopause and post menopause. During perimenopause around age 40-45 your hormones begin to change, and can create unwanted symptoms. The age in which women start menopause can flucturate from as early as 40 to as late as lates 50's. Most commonly mid 50's. Post menopause is when you have not had a menstruation for 12 months causing the production of your hormones to stop. All three phases can influence your experience of age related changes.

How long does it take before I can see or feel results?
The time it takes to notice changes can vary for each person, and depends on your individual situation, the symptoms you are experiencing and the treatment approach we take together. Some people start to see improvement early on, while for others it may take longer. We will stay in touch along the way, to keep an eye on your progress, and adjust your plan as needed. Your treatment plan also includes email support for short follow ups or quick questions between sessions, so you feel supported along the way.

How do I send my test?
After you have completed your test, simply place it in the pre-paid envelope inside your kit, and send it to the laboratory. The test comes with clear and easy instructions, and I will also walk you through the steps during our first consultation, to make sure you feel comfortable with the process.

Yes, I offer online consultations through secure video platforms, allowing you to connect with me in the comfort of your own home. The sessions are every bit as personal and effective as meeting in person, and you will receive the same attentive care, guidance and support, just in a way that fits into your daily life.
