Hormonal imbalance shows up in many ways

When your hormones shift, your body feels It. You’re not “just getting older.” There is a reason you don’t feel like yourself, and many symptoms have hormonal drivers that often go unrecognized. Stepping into perimenopause and menopause is unchartered territory and can be super overwhelming. â€‹â€‹

I know this because I’ve been there myself. I’ve experienced that abrupt shift, that feeling of being “off,” the lack of sleep, the hot  flashes, and the challenge of navigating in a body and life that no longer operated the way it used to.

Juggling work, family, and life responsibilities while my body was changing was overwhelming, and the lack of sleep and brain fog didn't make it any easier until I got help and learned how to crack the code.

My own journey of evolution and reinvention took time, but it also taught me that this stage of life does not have to be about loss, but about a gradual stepping into my power in a new way. I had accumulated the wisdom, the knowledge, and the life experience, but now it was time to take care of me, and try to make sense of all this, and educate myself on what I needed to learn to step into this new chapter.

My own experience inspired me to guide and support women going through this transition, into navigating the unknown, and support them in their own journey. It takes knowledge and understanding to regain our balance and to restore energy, and to feel confident again. And even though it may feel like a gift that is wrapped in sandpaper,  with the right guidance and understanding, it can be life changing.

Let's talk if you feel something is “off”

You may feel:
  • Out of balance

  • Suspect hormones may be part of the issue

  • Want a deeper look rather than symptom-chasing

  • Are tired of “band-aid” solutions

  • Want a clear, personalized plan

  • Want someone to guide and support them
